Julian Kimura in KIMURA by Grant Dawson. Sweet & short.
A video with an almost spiritual vibe at times, artsy at other times but not without some of your favorite skaters doing some nice tricks spread throughout!
That new Yardsale video is going straight to ya dome.
One of the worst things about skateboard video watching is that at times they can be a bit formulaic at times. Not stepping outside of your boundaries can lead to boring content. But being open bringing in other influences and just simply displaying your own interests is what drives things forward.
The latter is what we see in this and other videos by Grant Dawson, to us one of the most exciting things is the song choice combined with the editing to this type of song. Great work!
The Yardsale team went on a 2 week trip, traveling through six states of the East Coast, looking for cutty spots in weird towns and cities.
Featuring Curtis Pearl, Julian Kimura, Sam Sitayeb, Cooper Latimer and Charlie Birch.
A new London edit by Grant Dawson feat.: Julian Kimura, Jake Church, Sam Sitayeb and many more. A really raw and rugged documentary about the now. London is such a good looking city!
In our opinion, his best work so far. Augustin Giovannoni drops a new edit and at the very end you will see the date his full length video might be released. Paris, Berlin & Potsdam feat.: Val Bauer, Tolia Titaev, Niklas Speer von Cappeln, Remy Taveira, Daniel Pannemann, Franz Grimm & many more.
Four days in London featuring Joffrey Morel, Julian Kimura, Tom Moatti, Jake Church, Cameron Barr, Nicolas Gisonno, Valentine Katz, Jack Dyamond, Lizo Yako, Emeka and James Mclean. Filmed and Edited by Victor Demonte.
Yardsale is back with an L.A. video, it features some great skaters doing some great skating but truth be told we are still stuck on their last video.
Over here in our office we have been quietly following the rise of Yardsale and it certainly has been somewhat of a meteoric rise. From their early videos that were in a sense riding the Bronze 56k wave, up until this moment where both their newest collection of products and the video element have risen to a new level. We hope the brand will develop further and keeps surprising us like they did with this one.
Featuring skateboarding by: Curtis Pearl, Sam Sitayeb, Darius Trabalza, Kyle Wilson, Sam Robots and Julian Kimura.
